About the lecturer

Mario Frankovič is a Senior programmer at Datalab SI. He works on the integration of refinements for business solutions using ARES, PANTHEON Web Services (PAWS), and the PANTHEON Automation Server (PAAS). At the moment, he is working on connecting web shops to PANTHEON via PAWS and integrating external DMS systems to PANTHEON via PAAS. During his 14 years of experience working with PANTHEON, Mario has done implementations of several systems and constructed multiple solutions in the ARES development environment.

Day 1

ARES, Document Management System (DMS), eWorkflow

• Creating a DMS document via email
• Creating a simple workflow for confirmations
  • How to use the methods to gain data via SQL
  • Efficient ways how to change a user
• Connecting eWorkflows and ARES
• Transferring variables from eWorkflow to ARES
• Transferring variables from ARES to eWorkflow
• Reading files in DMS
• Displaying DMS framework in ARES (dlWorkflow)
• Creating DMS documents (dlMnemo) and reviewing these in the DMS framework

Day 2

PAAS

• Tips and tricks for installing PAWS
• Calling procedures with parameters and output parameters
• Calling custom views
• Inserting several queries at the same time

PAWS

• Tips and tricks for installing PAAS
• Calling the invoice report
• Calling an order calculation report with parameters
• Creating DMS documents
• Entering attachments to a DMS document
• Calling eWorkflow with parameters
