Datalab Agro AG and the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food Sign Memorandum of Cooperation and Partner Agreement for Education Purposes
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:
Datalab Agro AG, based in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, announced the cooperation with the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food of the SS. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje at the first regional ICT in Agribusiness Conference on 25 November 2015 in Skopje. Two documents were signed: a Memorandum of Cooperation and a Partner Agreement for Education Purposes.
The Memorandum of Cooperation includes: data exchange on agriculture and rural development, coordination and support for cooperation with others, partnership in executing local and international projects concerning ICT services in agriculture, education, mutual campaign for raising awareness of the importance of ICT services in agriculture, and a mutual cooperation, help and support agreement.
In accordance with the Partner Agreement for Education Purposes, Datalab Agro AG donated 35 PANTHEON Farming licenses to the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food.
This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.si) from 2 December 2015 for at least five years.
