Datalab Tehnologije d.d. Sells its 51% share in Datalab MN d.o.o.

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

On 31 December 2016, Datalab Tehnologije d. d. signed a contract to sell its 51% share in its Montenegrin subsidiary, Datalab MN d.o.o., Podgorica, Montenegro, to Actual Soft Montenegro d.o.o., Podgorica. Actual Soft Montenegro d.o.o. now owns 100% of Datalab MN d.o.o.. The name Datalab MN d.o.o. will remain the same, and the company is still the distributor of PANTHEON services on the Montenegrin market.

The notice will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 11 January 2017 for at least five years.
