In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

We’re announcing that there was a leadership change in Datalab Tehnologije, d.o.o., Pula, Croatia, due to issues explained in a message to the public on 20 December 2016 on SEOnet (http://seonet.ljse.si/default.aspx?doc=SEARCH&doc_id=62021).

Lojze Zajc has replaced Mario Krešević as Managing Director of Datalab Tehnologije d.o.o., Pula.

The notice will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 11 January 2017 for at least five years.
