In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

The management board of Datalab Tehnologije d. d., the sole company member of Datalab SI d. o. o., adopted the decision to relieve Mrs. Mojca Jusin as Managing Director of Datalab SI d. o. o. effective 24 September 2018. At the same time, Mr. Moreno Rodman was appointed as Acting Managing Director of Datalab SI d. o. o.

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 1 October 2018 for at least five years.
