The Field Service Granule is changing the way of handling servicing orders by combining the features of servicing tasks, warehouse management, fiscal invoicing, travel orders and document management into a simple interface. Servicing orders are displayed chronologically, showing the locations and schedules of the assigned workers. Technicians can efficiently select work orders based on location and proximity, check assigned tools and materials and their stock availability. At the end of each task, technicians can report on progress, materials used and easily create reports and invoices.
