P.I.C. Co. Macedonia
P.I.C.Co Macedonia was established in 2001 as a part of the international group P.I.C.Co. Our major commitment is to offer to the food industry new raw materials and functional ingredients for diversifying food production and raising standards to that of the world market. In 2007, we started our own production of functional blends, promoting PICCO as an innovative solution provider. Today, P.I.C.Co Macedonia is a leading supplier of raw materials for all sectors of the food industry.
Challenges
Due to our company’s fast and stable growth we found that we needed to implement a new information system that can match our current and future growth as well as support our processes in production, accounting, reporting, HRM, payroll, etc.
Solution
We’ve been using PANTHEON since 2015. One of the main reasons we implemented it was the need for accounting records that can be easily sent to our HQ in Bulgaria. PANTHEON also allows us to use its interface in Macedonian and produce reports in English. We can also easily export reports to Excel.
Effect
PANTHEON is a great solution for our company because it covers all departments from sales to purchasing to finances. Before we implemented PANTHEON, we used a program that only covered our commercial operations but not our financials. We have been able to link up all the different parts of the company so that we now have a big-picture view of our finances.
All these improvements and productivity-boosting features have also contributed to improved motivation and efficacy of our employees.
