Important:
We would like to inform you that the first term of certification exams for New subject matter, originally scheduled for February 2025, has been rescheduled to April 2025.
The postponement is due to the need to ensure a standardized test environment for PANTHEON Web and other new product testing, as requested by partners and employees during a recent webinar, and to allow for updates and a thorough review of all accompanying certification guidelines. Thereby, we are adding an extra month so that you can review all the guidelines and test the products.
Links to the test environment and the updated certification guidelines will be shared with all participants in the first week of February 2025.
Please note that there is no need to resubmit any applications already submitted for the first term.
However, if anyone wants to submit an additional application, they may do so by 28 February 2025.
Dear partners and colleagues,
Over the past six months, we have released many improvements for PANTHEON Web and issued or further improved Granules.
We are excited to announce the upcoming release of our new product, Mailroom, scheduled for version 41.00. Additionally, with version 10.0.40.00, we introduced PANTHEON Web Legal and other features.
Accordingly, as stipulated in the regulations (5.6), we are announcing certifications for new subject matters.
ACQUISITION AND VALIDITY OF COMPETENCIES
- Certification for the new subject matters will take place from April to May 2025.

- If you have an existing competency to which a new exam has been added (for a new subject matter) or new competencies have been created, you must pass all the newly added exams within the defined deadlines to keep the competency or to acquire the new competency.
- If the old competency has been discontinued, you must obtain a new one to maintain your status (if the expired one affected your status).

- The recalculation of competencies will be carried out at the start of the new financial year FY26.
- Competencies acquired at the end of FY24 (January–June 2024) and newly acquired in FY25 (February–May 2025) will be valid until the officially published results of the second term of certification period in 2026/2027.
According to the agreement with Datalab management, the certifications will take place in the following terms:
- First term: 1–16 April 2025 (reschedule from February 2025)
- Second term: 12–23 May 2025
If you have an existing competency to which a new exam (for a new field) has been added, you must pass it within the above-mentioned deadlines in order to keep the competence.

Price of certification for new subject matters:
- We highly appreciate the investment in PANTHEON training of your experts. If your partner company has participated in the DEV/Support & Sales Summit 2024, certification for new subject matters will be free of charge (gratis).

- These webinars will be organized free of charge to provide an additional investment in your knowledge and better support in the field.

2. Registration info and guidelines

- Review – Check your registrations for webinars, events, and certifications
- Results – Check certification results
IMPORTANT
You can register for the first term of certification for new subject matters only until the end of the registration period, 28 February 2025 (rescheduled from 17. january 2025).
If you decide not to attend the certification after registering, please let us know in writing to your local partner channel manager or responsable person:

If you cancel your registration after that deadline or fail to attend the certification, we will still have to charge you 100% of the cost of certification/module/person.

5. Exam sheet content – Confidential information
Exam sheet content and all certification related content and info is Datalab Confidential Information.
- Any share of information (without prior written consent of the Corporate Head of DCD or DL BOARD) related to certification (exams, exam content, images, solutions, etc.) is considered as a violation to Datalab rules and disclosure of Datalab confidential data and information.
- All dedicated persons who are in charge of exams (preparing exam sheets, proofing or translating them, etc.) are under the obligation not to disclose any confidential information to any third parties inside Datalab or outside.
- All dedicated persons in charge of exams are responsible for damage from violations and the disclosure of confidential information.
- Violations will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Datalab Management Board and sanctions will be defined and implemented.
