The Granule provides greater efficiency and transparency in the ordering process and enables better traceability and management of ordering processes in wholesale companies.
Online ordering allows suppliers’ partners to create their own orders in the wholesale business process. It enables creating orders based on contractual relationships, displaying stock levels, open items, delivery times, goods allocations and shipment to multiple locations. Communication of order statuses is done via an arbitrarily defined business process. The Granule is not linked to an employee within the company, but to an external partner. This Granule is practical for wholesale sales as well as for direct orders from your business partners. For each partner, you can set their access and checks via authorizations.
Main features:
- Stock and price insight: users can check current stock and see current prices while adding products to an order.
- Creating and managing orders: users can select the desired quantity and product, set the delivery date and add a note for the supplier. The order is then saved and is immediately visible to sales/purchasing staff in PANTHEON.
- All-round versatility: the tool is used by external customers as well as by employees such as salespeople and sales facilitators, who can also create orders from the field.
- Order status tracking: customers can use the Granule to track the status of their orders, such as confirmation, dispatch or completion. They can also easily view the invoices issued by the supplier.
- Electronic process: the entire process from order to invoice is carried out electronically via PANTHEON, which helps reduce delivery times and minimizes the chances of errors.
