Amendment to the Corporate Management Declaration

In accordance with the order No. 06000-12/2017-2 of the Securities Market Agency of Slovenia from 2 February 2017 in relation to the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije d. d. is publishing the following message:

Datalab Tehnologije d. d., based in Ljubljana, Hajdrihova 28c, is publishing an amended Corporate Management Declaration which is part of the Annual Report and the Consolidated Annual Report for FY’16, which was published on 28 October 2016 at SEOnet. And the company’s website: https://www.datalab.si/objava-revidiranega-konsolidiranega-in-nekonsolidiranega-letnega-porocila-za-poslovno-leto-2016/ (in Slovene).
