Announcement about the annual report 2020

In accordance with the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and other valid legislation, Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Ljubljana, is giving the following announcement:

Datalab Tehnologije d.d. is issuing a notice about a delay with the public announcement of the  audited consolidated and unconsolidated annual report 2020, since the auditing procedures by certified auditors at BDO d.o.o. are not yet finished. We are sorry for the delays in the delivery of materials related to adjustments to new accounting standards (IFRS 15, 16 & other changes) in these difficult circumstances and absences due to SARS-CoV-2, especially in the preparation of the consolidated annual report due to subsidiaries abroad.

Datalab Tehnologije d.d. will publish the audited consolidated and unconsolidated annual report for the fiscal year 2020 in the shortest possible time, at the latest to 26 November 2020.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 30 October 2020 onward for a period of 5 years.
