Announcement Pertaining to the Cancellation of the Shareholders’ Meeting Called for 31 March 2017 at 14:00
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:
The management of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. is announcing that it is cancelling the call for the 16th shareholders’ meeting that was called for 31 March 2017 at 14:00 in the company headquarters in Ljubljana, Hajdrihova ulica 28c.
The reason for the cancellation is a new date being set for the meeting, namely 7 April 2017 at 14:00 in the same location.

The notice will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 2 March 2017 for at least five years.
