Notice on Change in Holding

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

Datalab Tehnologije d.d. is informing the public that on 9 April 2020 the holding of the majority shareholder, Mr. Andrej Mertelj, changed. Mr. Andrej Mertelj has disposed a total of 180,824 Datalab Tehnologije d.d. shares from the company in order to fulfill ESOP entitlements, lending 79,559 shares to the company without a transfer of voting rights. The disposal represents a reduction in voting rights by 4.62%, giving Mr. Andrej Mertelj 27.19% of all voting rights.

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 16 June 2020 for at least five years.
