Datalab Changes Leadership in its Subsidiary Datalab Srbija d. o. o.

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

 

After managing Datalab SR d.o.o. for three years Mrs. Nena Matić has stepped down as Managing Director effective 31 March 2020 due to her planned relocation to Germany. On 1 April 2020, the Board appointed Mrs. Miodrag Ranisavljević as the new Managing Director. with a four-year contract.

Mr. Ranisavljević has almost 20 years of ERP experience and already managed Datalab SR d.o.o. some years ago. Recently, he was a successful entrepreneur in the IT field, helping companies choose and implement the best possible software solutions for their business. He shares his vast experience with students at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies in Belgrade where he teaches the Business Software class.

 

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 19 May 2020 for at least five years.
