Consultation Meeting of Datalab d. d. Shareholders

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

On 11 November 2019, a consultation meeting with shareholders was held at Datalab d. d. shareholders. On the agenda of the meeting were reports on the sales process, operations of the Datalab Group in the previous fiscal year, and the revenue projections of the Datalab Group for the period between FY’20-FY’26. In addition, we had a general discussion and exchange of ideas about the future development of the company and potential options for ownership restructuring of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. Shareholders representing 74% of total capital attended the consultation meeting.

We ask the shareholders who were present at the meeting and others to submit their opinions, comments, and questions to investor@datalab.si.

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 13 November 2019 for at least five years.
