Datalab AL Sh.p.k., is going to a short-term hibernation
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is issuing the following statement:
On its 51st meeting, held on 29 April 2015, the Board has decided that a member of the Datalab Group, Datalab AL Sh.p.k., is going to a short-term hibernation until a new team is found. Datalab MK will take care of the customers.
This notice will be publicly available at SEOnet and at the company’s website from 7 May 2014 for at least five years.
