Declaratory Decision of the Board

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the declaratory decision of the management board of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. regarding the success of the public takeover bid from 19 December 2017.

The annual report will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 28 December 2017 for at least five years.
