Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year 2016

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

Datalab d.d. is announcing that it will not be publishing the results for the first quarter of the Fiscal Year 2016. The audited consolidated and unconsolidated annual report was published on 20 November 2015. The delay is the result of a new division-based reporting approach, in addition to our subsidiaries abroad not providing audited financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards on time. For that reason we couldn’t get the financial statements of our subsidiaries abroad for the period between 1 July 2015 and 30 September 2015.

The half-year consolidated and unconsolidated results for the period between 1 July 2015 and 30 September 2015 will be published within two months after the end of that period.

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.si) from 13 January 2016 for at least five years.
