In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Hajdrihova 28c, Ljubljana, is publishing the Minutes of the shareholders’ meeting taking place on Friday, 7 April 2017, beginning at 14:00, with the voting results.

The voting results of the 16th Shareholders’ Meeting of Datalab Tehnologije d. d., Ljubljana, will be available on SEONet and at Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 10 April 2017 for at least five years.
