In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Hajdrihova 28c, Ljubljana, is publishing the Minutes of the shareholders’ meeting taking place on Friday, 9 December 2019, beginning at 10:00, with the voting results.

The voting results of the 20th Shareholders’ Meeting of Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Ljubljana, will be available on SEONet and at Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 9 December 2019 for at least five years.
