Our company is the regional market leader in designing and implementing complete, innovative, and integrated security solutions. Our story began in 1989 when we started out as installers of security measures, but due to a lack of access to high-quality devices we decided to refocus our efforts into imports. By 2000 we were the largest distributor of security devices in Croatia and later in the region. We have a wide network of clients and partners. In the last decade, our main activity has been providing security for complex facilities that require different security systems. We’re involved in all phases of such projects: from project planning, execution, maintenance to integrating software solutions.
Challenges
Our operations are extensive and complex, spanning eight connected companies active in different countries in the region. We needed a program that was localized and would give us access to up-to-date data on a daily basis.
Solution
All eight companies have now switched to using PANTHEON. They use all its modules from goods to financial analytics. Because PANTHEON is localized for all countries where we operate and has been well received by the accounting community in the region, we’ve had no trouble implementing and using it in our subsidiaries outside Croatia. Our data is now processed with one program, which means that our control mechanisms for our connected companies have improved significantly.
Effect
We now have instantaneous access to the most important and up-to-date data on our group of companies. We can leverage the accumulated data to improve financial reporting by country as well as for the group as a whole.
