We’ve been using PANTHEON ever since we started operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the beginning, the accounting firm we hired was using it and then in 2010, our internal HR department implemented PANTHEON to manage human resources and payroll.
PANTHEON is simple to use and provides us with all the necessary tools to manage our personnel files, payroll, and hiring. There are many different report options and it’s always up to date with the newest legislation, which is very important in Bosnia and Herzegovina during a time of vast reforms. All legally-required forms and other reports can be exported to XML and distributed via e-mail.
Another big advantage of PANTHEON is that it allows us to import our other processes and gives us the option to adjust it to every user’s specific needs, which makes a big difference in terms of speed and ease of use.

The program allows importing processes that can be programmatically customized to each user according to their specific needs. These processes greatly speed up and make work easier. I recommend to all future PANTHEON users from the heart.
