The company was created more than 60 years ago. We provide our customers with innovate electrotechnical products and solutions. We grew from a small company into an international corporation that employs more than 11,400 people and sells its products in more than 160 countries around the globe. One of our subsidiaries is located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we decided to use PANTHEON to manage our finances. For more than a decade we’ve had operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Albania, where we follow the 3-E principles: energy, ecology, and ethics.
Challenge
Our goal is to break into the market with the latest technological breakthroughs in the field of electrical installations, modular equipment and to bring it closer to European standards while maintaining a high degree of quality. Because we’re a subsidiary, we have to regularly report to our HQ, meaning we have to collect data on transactions, costs, inventory, and more.
Solution
All the information we need can easily be exported into Excel to then create the necessary reports. We rely on PANTHEON to provide us with a simple and effective way to distribute data and create information that we need to compile reports and make decisions. Another important aspect for our day-to-day operations is the accessibility of all transactions with our business partners and subsidiaries.
Effects
Because we have to report to state institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as our group as a whole, we can use PANTHEON to easily manage currencies and adjust to period-specific requirements to get the information necessary for internal, external and summary reports. In the future, we intend to further expand our business and we’ll have PANTHEON to support us in these endeavors.
