Melisa veterina is the exclusive distributor of several internationally acclaimed brands of products used in veterinary medicine. We provide our business partners and animal owners with access to quality products to support the health of their animals. We’re always one step ahead, introducing new products to the Slovenian market.
Challenge
It’s extremely important to us to be able to track each product’s serial number and when it was sold, to whom and in what quantities.
Solution
With PANTHEON we have a complete overview of our inventory and sales. We can easily create reports using different criteria, such as names, serial numbers, use-by dates, customers, or suppliers. They can be used internally or filed with state institutions.
Effects
PANTHEON saves us a lot of time with inventory and ordering. Additionally, our issuing process in retail and wholesale is faster and simpler. We can now dedicate more time to our business partners, presentations, and finding new products.
We’ve decided to use PANTHEON mostly because of Datalab’s responsiveness, its experienced staff, and constant development of their software. Their excellent courses taught us how to make the most of it.
