Merkur trgovina, d. o. o. is the largest Slovenian trader of technical products, supplying both end customers as well as companies. The pillars of its sales program are metallurgical products, construction materials, technical products, energy and installations, chemical products and wood, bathrooms, small appliances, household items as well as gardening and seasonal products.
There are 23 modern stores across Slovenia and 15 franchise stores as well as an online shop.
Challenge
Because Merkur stores employ over 1,500 people, data management is very important to us. We need manageable data to import/export and analyze HRM and payroll data. When choosing an appropriate solution, we took the advice and positive feedback from our business partner, who has been using PANTHEON to manage their business. The fact that many other companies are using it only bolstered our decision.
Solution
With PANTHEON, all HRM and payroll processes and tasks are conducted in accordance with the law. The program ensures that all legally mandated records and forms are there. It has an open design, which means that there are limitless options to create internal analyses, generating contracts and annexes for employees. The e-VEM HRM interface allows us to automatically distribute payslips via e-mail, which simplifies our processes.
Effects
Since we started using PANTHEON to manage our human resources and payroll our work processes have become faster, more precise, transparent and most importantly always following the letter of the law. We’re very satisfied with the program as well as its support staff and consultants.
